UVA, Vanderbilt, UPenn, MIT, Wake Forest

<p>Hey guys,
hope you can help me out here at the listed schools...</p>

<p>Academic:
-4.2 weighted GPA, 3.8 unweighted
-most selective course schedule:
-AP Calculus BC, Multivariable Calculus, AP Physics C, AP English 11, AP World Lit, AP US History, AP French V, AP French VI, AP European History, AP World History
-school has no ranking system (I assume top 5-10 percent)
-school was also ranked top 75 in the newsweek top high schools</p>

<p>Testing:
SAT (only took once):
-780 math, 680 critical reading, 650 writing
-1460/2110 (I may take them again)
-I plan on taking the Math II subject test, Physics test, and ACT</p>

<p>ECs/Activities:
-NHS
-4 years Varsity Golf
-Volunteer at Columbia Senior Service Center in DC (helped with data entry and computer trouble)
-NYLF for Medicine at Georgetown (June '07)
-Tutor in math at McKinley Elementary School (about 1 hour/week over course of 4 months)
-2 week French exchange program (travelled to France and later accepted French student)
-Managed school Freshmen basketball team for 2 years</p>

<p>Awards and Nominations
-With 2 others, awarded Outstanding Achievement in Mathematics
-Arlington County Award for Volunteer work
-Arlington Regional Science Fair award for statistics 2007
-2nd place regional science fair, 1st place school in 2007
-Nominated to participate in '07 history bowl for county</p>

<p>You will need a miracle to get into UPenn or MIT...</p>

<p>Decent chances at the other schools.</p>
