Here is the problem… I’ve accepted to both UVA and USC, where do I have to go? I didn’t get scholarship from any of the school. Which is better? UVA or USC?

USC…what better place to study urban planning than a huge, sprawling, urban mess like Los Angeles?
Ironically, there’s probably some truth to that. The big California cities are trying to figure out how to reinvent themselves and fix the mess they’ve created over the last 70 or so years. I live in California and it’s a major issue out here. You’ll be in the midst of all that if you go to school in LA.
If you’re in-state for UVA, I’d go there, though.
