UVA vs VCU ?

<p>I've been accepted to both UVA and VCU, which I did not expect to happen. I love both schools, and very undecided as to which one I should go to. I want to major in arts, maybe graphic design or ceramics. The obvious choice here is VCU but I don't like its location in Richmond. Does anybody know if the art programs at UVA are good compare to those at VCU? Any comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated!</p>
