UVA, W&M, or UofR

I'm currently a freshman at a community college in RVA. I want to major in Political Science with a focus of Mass Communication, and then attend a top tier law school.

UVA is known worldwide and has a great Political Science and Media Studies departments. They also have a great student run newspaper, and student organizations. I visited recently and I liked the competitive atmosphere students had there. The cons are partying is a big part of the social life there and most of the people I know who go there party about every weekend. Also it is the furthest away from RVA.
William and Mary is the second oldest school in the nation and has been buy number one since I was 8 years old. They have a great Government Department and prelaw advising. But no journalism. The students also seem less of the partying type and they seem to have more work to do. However, they are not that nationally know like Uva.
University of Richmond is right in RVA and has great financial aid. They have small classes, allowing students to know their professors better. They also have a great Political Science and Journalism Programs, and internships. Cons, are they are ruled by Greek Life, and they aren't well know outside of RVA. Lastly, alumni have told me I can get a better education at Uva or W&M for a cheaper price.

Im not much of a partier or drinker but feel I can work around it, but it just can be the major part of the schools atmosphere :-SS. Overall, I just cant decide which one would be the best fit for me and at the same time help me when I graduate and go to law school.
