<p>Has everyone here applied via the VIP app rather than having applied EA utilizing the Common App? Just wondering as S put his app in mid Oct. and hasn’t heard anything (it was complete very soon afterward), but he did apply EA which has a (by?) 12/17 listed notification date.</p>
<p>My DS applied as a VIP but used the Common App. It was complete by 11/6, and he got his acceptance via email on Dec. 1. He just received the letter via snail mail yesterday, Dec. 7. No mention of merit money or honors college.</p>
<p>My daughter applied EA and was not a VIP, and she hasn’t heard either. Really hoping they will post an acceptance before the 17th!</p>
<p>My D applied EA via the Common App on November 1 and received her email on Thanksgiving. Letter came on December 6th.</p>
<p>If you applied early action or VIP you should hear back before December 17th i applied around October 20th VIP and still haven’t heard back but people who applied after me have heard</p>

We are out of state so the only way he is going is if they we get a boat load of scholarship money. Any idea what kind of scholarship money the school gives?

SAT: 2200<br>
Also has SAT II scores but don’t think UVM even looks at those.</p>
