Foster I believe is separate. So you’ll have to hear back from the department most likely in an email.
Hearing 2 people getting accepted, although one for a separate quarter, gives me hope!!
I got accepted for Autumn 2018!!! Yesterday night, I got an email in regards to about my financial aid, so I checked my UW account and found the acceptance message!

To add some extra info that wasn’t in my first post.
I’m a WA CC student. I applied to UWS.
My transcript loaded first but later in the evening I was sent an email from their financial aid office and my application status was the congrats page.

@UwSeattle2018 Idk about others but, mine was sent around 8:48pm.
Does anyone know if they update apps over the weekend?
AAHHH IM SCREAMING. THEY’RE SENDING OUT DECISION LETTERS. THE NEXT FEW WEEKS ARE GOING TO BE EVEN MORE NERVE-WRACKING. I heard they send them in bulk by major. If that’s true, where do you think Psych majors will fall? I’ve heard engineering majors hear back late, so what about other stem majors??
I’m a psych major and also want to know when it will be our time! I’m so tired of waiting lol

oh if it’s by major I guess ill find out pretty late since I’m looking into engineering 
does anyone know if their financial aid is good and give money to out of state people in need? they didn’t have a lot of out of state transfer scholarships
I applied to Pre-Business. I hope I get them this week. This is so frustrating!
