<p>quite honestly, if that means they will be able to go to their waitlist I am totally alright with that. there was an article today in the uw daily about how if budget cuts were passed as they were before this increase proposal, the uw probably couldnt accept any transfers and would tell 2500 people on the waitlist no.</p>
<p>and here I am, going to uw to save money… oh well</p>
