UW Business UG--Hardworking

According to the Businessweek survey UW Bschool undergrads are a hardworking group.

HITTING THE BOOKS

That sounds about right. On exam week for a particularly difficult finance class, I’d study 15 hours straight for that exam. It pays off though, I earned a 3.75 taking 18 credits, 12 of business and 6 of language. Work hard, play hard kiddos.

Also it appears the students are getting very very good. I don’t know if they are shrinking the classes or what but Spring 2009 cycle was very tough. They are moving from Junior to Soph admissions they this may just be a glitch as they transition over. We’ll know more in the Fall.

Dang, I’m going to have to do really good freshman year it looks like. 3.7 sounds very competitive to me, especially if most classes are on the curve.
