UW...do I have a chance??

Hey all, so this will be my second year at UCSC. I took some APs in high school and so am a few credits ahead of other sophomores, but not by much (right now I am at 64). My GPA is currently at a 3.12, but has an upward trend. I got good grades in high school and did fairly well on the SAT (1910) and was on varsity field hockey and was a member of a couple clubs. Unfortunately, UCSC does not have any sort of field hockey and I didn't get involved in any clubs or community service or anything (which I kind of regret). But I intend to definitely get involved in some sort of community service this year and to get straight As (which will bump me up to around a 3.3). I am declared as an anthro major right now but might change to pre-psych and possibly either double major or minor in spanish. I looked up the requirements at UW and the anth. major is open so the only requirement is a 2.5 gpa...what do you think? how do my chances look?
oh, and btw, I am also going to apply to U of Pitt, SUNY Binghamton, and possibly SUNY stony brook but realize those are both a bit of a reach...any insight or suggestions for improving my odds?
Thanks!

just wanted to present the info in the above post in a more clear manner.

currently attend UCSC but really want to transfer to SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Stony Brook, University of Washington (Seattle), or University of Pittsburgh. Safety would be a CSU (San Bernadino, Northridge, or Fresno)

College stats:
–anthropology major
–Overall GPA: 3.12 (with an upward trend)
*the class that hurt my GPA was spanish2 winter quarter (C+). Spring quarter, however, I got an A- in spanish3. otherwise my classes were a few As and mostly Bs
–All of my class evaluations spoke positively of my performance
–I plan to volunteer and get a job once I go back to school
–I participated in an archaeological dig program in Belize this past summer (BVAR)
*I tried to start a club field hockey team at UCSC but due to lack of funding, was unable to do so. I really wish I had gotten more involved with volunteering but hey, better late than never, right?

HS stats:
-Overall GPA:3.87/3.67
-SAT: 1910 (cr650/w650/m610)
-AP: US History 4, Comp/Lit 4, Human Geo 5, Gov 3
-For what it’s worth, the classes that brought my GPA down in hs were spanish and math…both of which I received As in at UCSC
-ECs: varisty and club field hockey all throughout hs (awards: most improved jr yr; part of “all star team” at end of season tourney sr yr), a few service clubs

I have not applied to any of these schools before. A huge part of the reason I want to transfer (to these schools in particular) is because they all offer spanish language major, which UCSC does not. In addition, Binghamton offers one of the few psychobiology programs in the nation and I am very interested in possibly majoring in that as well. I also LOVE the campuses of these schools…oh and they all offer some sort of field hockey team :)
