UW Fosters chance me(complex situation)

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all doing well! I had a few questions about transferring to University of Washington and their Fosters Business Program.
I first began at Cypress Community College in 2010 and attended there until 2012 and moved up to Washington to attend CWU as a Geology major. I then changed my mind and decided to major in business and apply for UW Foster.

Bear with me here, but right now I have about 109 units with a 3.12 gpa.
But I am transferring to one of Seattles community colleges to finish my pre-admission requirements and to transfer as a community college transfer. I have a pretty good improving grade trend and I am expecting to get 4.0 GPAs these next two quarters bumping me up to about 3.35.

My pre-app GPA is about 3.5 and will stay there.
I am going to join a few business/leadership clubs at the community college I will attend, and I am currently setting up an internship with Northwestern Mutual and have previous internship history.
I also plan on sending letters of recommendations, a killer personal statement(parents divorced, and dad abandoned me leaving me feeling lost and trying to find purpose through my college life as I grew up in a broken home, etc.)

If I were to score about 4.5 on my WSA, would I be considered to have a fighting chance?

What other factors play into Fosters admissions? What else can I do to improve my chances?

And also, the next two quarters I have about 4 open classes I can take, should I just take simple classes to up my gpa? Or should I try and take some more business courses so it will look better on my transcript?

Thank you!

Also: my cumulative GPA as stated above was calculated to about 3.12…but what exactly should I submit to UW when I apply? Should I calculate my gpa and send it, or take my latest college transcripts cumulative gpa and submit that?
