UW Fraternities and their partying/drinking.

Im going to a few rush events this weekend, (i know its early, and it ussualy takes place in summer) but i got invited to two separate fraternities. Phi pools (phi kappa sigma) and phi psi (phi kappa psi) and i was just curious if anyone knows anything about these two, or anything about the whole frat system at UW. I'm also curious as to the amount of partying/drinking that goes on, on greek row. Is it different depending on the frat? I know many of them say they have a non alcoholic system, but is that really true? Just cause the frat says it does that mean thats how it is or is it still abused?
Thanks in advance.
