<p>So everybody who is applying to the ivies and other high-level schools have a 4.0 Un-weighted? I heard colleges look at a certain range, do they look from 3.9-4.0? or separate the 4.0's from the rest of the group? </p>

<p>Many ivy league and other top school applicants have 4.0 unweighted gpa’s, but just because you don’t have a 3.9 or a 4.0 doesn’t mean that you won’t get accepted. They look at too many other aspects to focus solely on gpa, so as long as you have strong test scores, EC’s, leadership roles, etc. you will have a chance</p>
<p>You can compensate for those aspects in alternative ways.</p>
