<p>Is it just me, or can freshmen not apply for housing until April or May? I want to get my app in early but it's not working right now. Also is Poplar only for upperclassmen?</p>

<p>Idk that seems reasonable because it will be after everyone has committed. I don’t think it would be fair to have sign-up available before May 1, when some people still don’t know which college they want to attend.</p>

<p>Yeah, May 1st is the national deadline to decide where you want to attend college.</p>
