I’m trying to figure out what is the best option out of these colleges. I plan on going to pharmacy school, but don’t know which one to pick. Money is not a problem. Which of these have better college life? Which one of these is safer?
For college life, it is Madison by far.
Two obvious questions: What country are you coming from, and what country do you want to live in after graduation?
All of these are very good universities. UBC is very well known in both Canada and the US, so admissions to pharmacy school in the US should be possible after getting a degree from UBC. However, I would attend pharmacy school in whatever country you intend to work in.
If you are neither American nor Canadian, then staying in Canada after getting a degree at UBC is likely to be far easier than staying in the US after getting a degree from one of the American universities.
In terms of safety, I have visited three of these four schools and have never felt unsafe at any of them. I know a woman who lives near the UBC campus and she has never mentioned any problems at all. The UBC campus is very large and very beautiful. It is surrounded by ocean on three sides, with a beach that nearly disappears at high tide but that is quite attractive at low tide and mountains in the distance.
I think that all of these are very good choices.
