UW-Madison or UW-Seattle

I'm an international transfer from a community college in Iowa. I'm majoring in civil and environmental engineering. Right now i applied and got accepted to U of Wisconsin-Madison and U of Washington-Seattle. I knew so little about both of campus in terms of their civil engineering program and campus life. If anyone have some experiences or have heard a little bit about these universities. I appreciated any comments.

I went to Madison and live in Seattle. Quality wise it is close with Madison higher rated for engineering by a fair margin. Seattle has more internationals overall–mostly Asian and of course many also live in Seattle. But Madison has a good number too. Basically Madison is more campus centered college town while Udub is has less of that feel and can empty out some on weekends. Cost wise I think UDub-S is more now. Not a bad choice really.
