UW-Madison, OSU, PSU or Purdue?

Hi guys, since I'm new here, don't be too mean to me :P

I'm an international student studying in an American school
I trasnfered from the local education system in grade 11, and therefore my stats aren't looking so good :/

here are some stats:
uw gpa 3.21 ->really hurt by those math and science subjects :(
SAT 1610/2400 (i only it took twice, that's my high score, sigh)
TOEFL: 91/120 (took it once only)
ECs: ok-ish, no major leadership position (due to my late joining of the American school )
recs: good
essays: good
2APs and self-studying 2 more APs -_-
competitive high school
first generation college student

I have applied to U of Wisconsin-Madison, Penn State, Ohio State and Purdue
majors:
UW Madison and OSU -International Studies
Penn State- International Politics (only submitted TOEFL score)
Purdue-Air Traffic Control (btw, I'm a girl, and people said this is a 'typical guy's major'...)

what are my chances to get in those schools?
and how are the majors' ranking and the general reputation of the schools?
which school will be easier to transfer out? (coz my dream school is a highly ranked school for International Relations and i plan to transfer there in my 2nd year)

Thanks guys :D

btw, there's a guy in my class who has gpa 3.0x and SAT 14xx/2400 got in Purdue (psychology)
that gave me a little hope :)

I’m not sure what department Air Traffic Control belongs to, but I think it’s engineering. If so, then Purdue of course (bc it’s in top 15 in engineering). On the other hand, UW-Madison has better business schools (there might be some business programs offered in international studies).

I think your chances at most of these schools are pretty low as competitions for spots for international students is fairly strong. I would say less than 25% chance that you get accepted to one of these schools with exception of Purdue for air traffic control as I think that is a technical degree.

what if i mail my grade 12 mid-year report to them asap?
coz i got 3.58 this semester and my cumulative gpa has gone up quite a bit
would it be helpful? coz i didn’t see any of the school’s website mention that they want the mid-year report…

and my high school’s gpa system is a bit weird
i got an 87 average last year (g11), but my gpa was just 3.21
i got a 90 this year, and it went up as a 3.58
i’m quite unsure about how my school calculates the gpa
i think maybe they curve the gpa?

If you don’t get into main campus of Penn State, don’t rule out the branches. Some are very nice. If you successfully complete 2 years at a branch, you are guaranteed the right to go to main campus. The branches offer much smaller classes than the main campus, but have the same curriculum for intro classes.

i attend a competitive private overseas american school
(but we don’t use class rank)
don’t know if my background can help me…

i have heard that PSU and OSU’s admission officers only care about the numbers
but i hope that they can understand i need time to adjust in a new school and a new edu system while i was in g11, which is a year a lot more important compare to g9 and g10

bump!
anyone pls? :(
