Hi, I will be a sophomore transfer at the University of Wisconsin, Madison starting this fall.
I want to live on campus and need help deciding on a dorm. If anyone has any info it is much appreciated.I’ll be majoring in political science if that makes a difference

You will need to have a signed contract with Res Halls to live in the dorms. By now all dorms may be full. Room assignments were made after the early May deadline for listing choices for the assignment lottery. You need to contact Res Halls directly to see if there is any availability for this fall. You also should check out apartments and private dorms. There are options close to campus, some likely with availability.
