UW-Madison: Tax return transcript???

Hi everyone!
So UW-Madison requires us to send our tax return transcript to them in order for the financial aid application to be completed. HOW do I request the transcript. I know I could do it by manually ordering it through IRS.org but that takes up to 10 days! Is there a faster way to do it?? could I order it online and not by mail? Is there a way to get it via FAFSA?? and if yes, how??
