Currently in AP classes
Extracurricular:
NHS (national honor society)
medical club (sophomore year)
HOSA club
Officer for HOSA
200+ volunteer hours
Volunteer weekly at hospital

Do I have a good chance?

Your ACT probably needs to go up significantly, but you look good extracurricular-wise. Just work on the ACT
