UW OR WSU ?

Greetings,
I am a transfer student from a community college. I am a good student. I graduated with a 4.0 ( I know community college is easy but still). Both unis offer me about the same amount of money.
I want to study international business. UW does not offer International business as a major but only offers a certificate while WSU does offer international business as a major. So, if I go to UW, I would study something like entrepreneurship as a major and get the certificate in international business. If I go to WSU, I would probably double major: international business and something else like entrepreneurship or finance. AND then there is this:

1)WSU reputation is not the best. UW has a much better reputation and better academics.

While I was at a community college I noticed that education is in part what you make out of it. I learned lots while many of my peers, who did not care as much, learned very little !

  1. internships! my chances of obtaining an internship are none at a small town like Pullman. My adviser told me I could find something in another city over the summer. If I live in Seattle, I would probably have many more chances to have internships even while at school compared to just being able to maybe get one over the summer at wsu, right? (remember I am a transfer student, so I will only be spending 2 years or 2.5 - which is one summer maybe two- in school. )
am I better with a certificate but with some good internships?

  2. While I visited WSU, I felt a little out of place. Students there seem to be delusional and all they seemed to care about was being a " coug." They also think that they are super smart for getting into WSU. ( I am not saying they are not smart, but WSU’s acceptance rate is around 80%). Finally, all many seemed to care about was partying and getting wasted. I am not against partying, but I wanna party and study hard. On the other hand, UW seems to be kind of boring because many students live at home, so they do not always party or are able/willing to hangout over weekends. Would UW have nice social life like WSU?

  3. UW seems to care very little about transfer students. I will not be able to get a dorm until maybe winter or spring quarter. I am not from Seattle ( nor Pullman), so getting a dorm would be ideal. It is something I really wish to experience. I would get to meet new people and make great connections. ( I also will not have to live at a stranger’s house).

Sorry for the length, but I wanted to express some of my biggest concerns so that perhaps you could understand my indecision. Also, I hope no one gets offended by anything I said. They were just my impressions of the schools.

P.S. I REALLLLY want to go abroad because it is after all INTERNATIONAL business. A school that offers great opportunities and scholarships to travel abroad is a HUGE PLUS. Also, I am highly contemplating the possibility of going to grad school.
