UW residency if parent relocates

<p>It sounds like she would qualify as an in-state dependent student after you have resided continuously in the state for one year. If you look at the residency petition form it will give you a clear idea of what you, the parent, will have to establish to prove your residency. As long as you can show that you moved for a job and not just to follow your child and save money, it should work.
