I was awarded my aice diploma a year early with merit
Don’t know if it’s important but I’m Spanish
University of Washington is a top school of mine but I only wanna apply if I have a real shot

Not good. Your ACT is bottom 25% and your GPA is low (bottom 10% of pool) though being top 10% they will have to adjust for that. http://opb.washington.edu/content/common-data-set
Although your weighted GPA is high, your unweighted is extremely low (UW Seattle, only looks at unweighted), and there is a huge discrepancy between the two, may I ask what your course load was like, or if you went to an extremely competitive high school?
I took ap, aice, dual enrollment and only one Honor course. So all of my classes have been rigorous especially my aice classes( similar to ib). I’ve also passed every aice exam I’ve taken.
