UW Seattle Fall 2017 - Chance me - in-state transfer?

Hi guys,

Just curious about my chances of getting into UW.
-I’m at an in-state CC
-3.76 GPA
-prepared for my major (it’s an open major, anthropology, recommends at least two anth classes, I’ve taken three)
-90+ credits
-I’d say good essay, which I included my busy schedule working full time as a lead manager for the seattle territory of my company, and using that experience could make me a good fit for UW, also tying in how going to UW Seattle could allow me to keep working at my company while going to school.

This is the only school I applied for because UW is the only school in WA with the Med. Anth/Global Health track, which is my major.

I’d say you’re basically in with what you’ve said. The average transfer GPA’s only around 3.4 and as an in-state cc student with 90 credits you’re first priority. That and along with being prepared for your major (aka having done the prereqs) is all UW asks for.
