Hey guys,
I gotta make a decision, and fast, but I have no idea…University of Washington-Seattle or Texas A&M - College Station? I applied for undergrad for CS…so which is the better university, in terms of ROI, job placements, basically an overall experience? UW Seattle or TAMU?
Thanks guys! Appreciate it!
Did you get your major at TAMU (1/3 freshmen don’t). Did you get CS at UWash? (if not, it’s very selective to enter as a freshman).
As for vibe: Do you want hot/muggy and conservative, or mild/rainy and liberal?
What’s the cost if you deduct only scholarships/grants (not loans)?
Nope, did not get into my desired major. College of Engineering for TAMU, and Pre-Science for UW. Umm…I dont actually mind either of the weathers, so weather isnt a problem for me. As for the scholarships, they are being declared after May, so none yet. Applied for some external scholarships as well, but results are yet to be declared. So as far as the cost goes, they’re pretty much the same, around 43,000. Lol, I havent made it easier, have I? So what would you recommend, if you had to make a decision in the same case scenario.
