UW Seattle , UC Davis , or Cal Poly for Computer Science?

Hi!
I only have a few weeks left to decide on which university I'd like to attend and I've narrowed it down to these three. I'm very interested in computer science.

For UW, the STARS program is interested in an interview with me...Doesn't guarantee acceptance, but if I do get accepted and am attending, I'd basically get direct admission into any engineering programming a year AFTER I graduate from the STARS program, which would basically cut down my time at pre-engineering courses. However, acceptance into an engineering program is not guaranteed.

For UC Davis and Cal Poly, I got direct admission into the computer science major. I'm OOS (I live in WA), but I really like California and would feel that if I go to school there, I could experience life on my own, without depending on my parents. I feel like if I end up going to school 15 minutes away from my house, then by the time I'm thrust into society and have to live on my own, it'd be an awkward transition for me.

I know tuition is pricey, but my parents say that if I really want to go OOS, then they'll find a way to make it work.
My question is, though, which school is better?
Obviously, the "better" one that most people would know of is UC Davis, since it is ranked as a top 10 national public school in America (and I visited the campus and loved it there; I've had my eye out on the school since I was 16)...however....is it a good idea to study computer science there?
For Cal Poly, I know they have a very good reputation in engineering and how they have this "learn by doing" philosophy and plus, smaller classes.
For UW, I know that they have a really good computer science program but I was wondering...

Which is better? Should ranking matter? In your opinion, which school would provide me with a better CS education?

Thanks so much if you can help! I'm just so confused!

UDub’s CS department is ranked so far above your other choices it’s not even funny. There’s no comparison. Yes, you will get a much better education at UDub and you’ll have many more job opportunities after graduating.

Okeydokes! thanks!
