ACT score: 29
Freshman Year: 1 B, 5 A's (both semesters)
Sophomore: 1 B, 5 A's (both semesters)
Junior: 2 A's/2 B's/1 C (first semester), 3 A's/2 B's (second semester)

I will be taking AP Environmental Science, AP Statistics, AP Calculus BC, AP Gov/Econ, and CP English my senior year. I'll also be self-studying AP Computer Science.

3.72 GPA (unweighted), 4.39 GPA (weighted)
6 Honor Classes/10 AP Classes

My EC's aren't that great...just National Honor Society/CSF/Key Club/Tutoring/Volunteering.

But I want to major in computer science and have learned many computer programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, Objective-C, etc. Will this impact my chances? (I'm an Asian female).

I'm looking at colleges based on their computer science programs, not necessarily their national ranks. That's why I'm more interested in UW over some of the UCs. The only UC I would put over UW is Berkeley...but I most likely wouldn't get in. The problem is that if I go to UW, out-of-state tuition would be really high. I'm debating whether if I should apply to UW and go after grants/scholarships/etc, if I should go to one of the other UC's (UCLA, UCSD, UCI, etc.), or if I should go to community college, join the honors program, and then transfer. The only problem with going to CC is that I would feel that my efforts would be wasted.

Help please!!!
