UW usually does not go to WL until May. Odd to hear they have already. Might be misuse of terminology.
When will the waitlisted folks be notified ?

i am an international student, i was on the waitlist right now, do any know whether should i email the uwm to express my interests in the admission?
I’m not sure if it will affect anything, but it wouldn’t decrease your chance of being admitted at all if you did

JUst a guess but seeing many top publics swamped with students. Kids want that total package now.
Did any get off the waitlist? can you share any update?
Did anyone got off from the waitlist? And do anyone know when will the university remove the first group of student from their waitlist？
They don’t necessarily reject people from the waitlist but once it closes then the people that are still on the waitlist won’t be offered admission
Is it possible that all of the spots were taken?
It is quite possible none were taken off the list.
If anyone get off from the waitlist, please let us know so that we can see whether we have a good chance to get the offer or not
