@RipCity14 i want to go there :o

@RipCity14 I don’t know I think I may swap it with USA, because it just sounds so incredible (and plus I love India)

@farmgirlmoo I saw you on the facebook group too, but I’ve not been accepted yet so let’s hope :)

@aureleo don’t worry, they accept pretty quick :)

LOL just read all the harry potter comments now! Yay my comment made an impact!! Btw yh AC does have communal showers that are completely open, only the newest house Pentikourii (?) has partitions which are still open but better than completely… I know this stuff cos I know an alumni from AC B-) also she said the communal showers were pretty awkward sometimes cos boys used to peek through the windows or sneak in or something… Dayum.

@aureleo yesss, India is incredible, and the campus is just beautiful. I would say second most beautiful campus behind RCN.

@farmgirlmoo, that’s great! And now I also added you on instagram :P

@Hedwig8, yeaaaahhh, that’s what my friend told me about the communal showers. I don’t really see how someone would sneak into a shower though, but alright.

@Hedwig8 Have you been to the Studio Tour down in Watford? It’s AMAZING
And oh, yeah I’m not gonna lie - I loved AC, and it was brilliant - but I don’t think it was for me…

@Ripcity you DID NOT JUST TELL US TO CHILL ABOUT HARRY POTTER!!! Read the books man!!! READ THE FRICKIN BOOKS

@Hedwig8, I kinda have this thing though, you know school work, MUWCI app. I don’t get time to read books for fun anymore. Which is pretty crap.

@ripcity14 I love India so much, I’ve been every year of my life so far (other than being born there ehehe), and the drive from Mumbai to Pune is possibly the most beautiful thing I have ever had the pleasure to witness. I always also loved going on the trains - I used to insist to my dad to go on the trains just so I could look over the country when the sun rose in the morning. There’s still so much I haven’t seen like Ooty, Bangalore, Goa, Kashmir etc.

@aureleo, I’ve been to Goa and I used to live in Bangalore. And yes, I love the drive on the National Highway. I’m personally not too big on cars (just getting into them, which is apparently weird for a guy), but I LOVE bikes (motorcycles) and I one day want to get myself a Royal Enfield, and just blast it down the National Highway, on a nice chilly day.

@ripcity14 I have family in Bangalore, and my aunt goes to Goa often (she’s a yoga instructor) but I went for 6 weeks this summer and I didn’t enjoy it as much as we only got to really travel around in the last 2 weeks or so- it was all a bit rushed. I prefer motorcycles, but we drive because it’s more practical for the family. I would love to do that, totally adding it to my bucket list!

Lol I sound crazy. Maybe I do need to chill.

I wanna go to MUWCI! Or Costa Rica. Or Mostar. Or Waterford khalamba … Did I spell that right?

And @aureleo when did u send the application in? And no I haven’t been on the studio tour yet :’((( but I have been on a tour in London where they show us all the places they filmed
I’ve seen gringotts bank guise and outside the ministry of magic
and diagon alley ha #swag #notanerd

@aureleo, I honestly don’t like Goa that much. My mom is from there, but the city isn’t that great anymore. There are a LOT of problems there with crime and such. And it isn’t even 10% as beautiful as it used to be apparently.

@Hedwig8 I sent it in last week, I had finished it well before the original deadline but I took the chance to just finally look over it and stuff. I definitely recommend the Tour, it’s a great day out although the gift shop is ridiculously expensive

@ripcity14 I think it’s very touristy now and so obviously that has physical implications on places, but I’m not going to lie, after watching Chennai Express (not that great of a film really, but slightly amusing) I just want to visit all of the places!

@aureleo, HAHA YEAH! That movie was just for laughs
And yes South India is extremely beautiful. I would suggest Kerala, one of the most beautiful places in India, arguably the world. And did you say you lived in Canada or the US?

@aureleo wow it’s just me who hasn’t finished the app isn’t it…? hey do you know if people from Scotland and like Falkland islands etc. apply through UWCGB as well?

@RipCity14 Yeah, I just watched Ram-Leela which was pretty good (minus the fact I watched with my parents… AWKWARD) and my uncle got married to my lovely Tamil/Guju aunt in Chennai, but I couldn’t make the wedding which was really upsetting.
Nah, I’m a brit through and through (minus the tea, I’m not very fond)

@Hedwig8 no I’m sure there are others that haven’t applied yet! Don’t worry, you’re well within he deadline - it’s why they extended it.
And I assume so, I know Ireland have their own NC so yeah Scotland and other Island that are considered Great Britain would be eligible for submitting.
I’m not really sure though. :(

@aureleo ugh more competition - lol

@Hedwig8, who’s from Scotland?

@aureleo, haha, I don’t watch too many Hindi movies. I rarely watch movies anymore. Just before I decided to apply for UWC I had watched Rush and Captain Phillips (AMAZING!) but not big on Bollywood movies. A lot of them are rubbish.
