Have u though about yet, which one college would u love to attend the most and why?</p>
<p>@michelle15 I would love to go to AC b/c for one itās in a beautiful 12th century castle in Wales, that is amazing and the fact that it is so old just makes me want to go more. But also, since they are close to shore lines, you can volunteer with and learn lifeguard kind of things (trying to explain this briefly). I love anything medical so I think Iāll enjoy that. Also i always wanted to go to that part of the world what about you?</p>

Yeah, this college was definitely one of them, that I really had wanted to attend, but unfortunately It is NOT on the list of scholarships this year for my country. Now I am reallly excited about Adriatic then of course Mahindra College and also Mostar<3

<p>@michelle15 Iām still filling out my application, but itās not due until January 10 which now that I think about it, is not that long. Oh gosh I just gave myself a small heartattack (me exaggerating of course)! Ah Iām so nervous!! I also have the USA and pearson colleges in my top three.</p>

<p>And guys, Iām looking at the costs for all the colleges and Iām like dyingā¦ Itās a LOT of money. I feel likely he issue with being middle class is that, on one hand, you CAN afford it, but on the other, if you do go, itās still a big amount for your family. Gaaaaaahhhhhh this is so stressful. T_T</p>

<p>I was searching through the UWC tag on tumblr and I found this really controversial article thingy about UWC from a current student. I am kind of surprised but I didnāt want to post it in case it might persuade someone not to go. I can PM you the link because itās really insightful. It hasnāt persuaded me not to though.</p>
<p>Ah yeah found that article. I pretty much knew that stuff from the beginning - my cousin went to AC and she was one of the partiers lol. Im hoping itās a lil different in other UWCs though cos ACās the most expensive and so has the most amount of annoying rich kidsā¦ And oh well of course people are basically the same everywhere but I donāt really have much to lose anyway so itās cool. Iām naturally pessimistic, yes.</p>

<p>@okp1000 yeah I found a forum about UWC too and one of them complained that AC was a place for rich kids and parties etc. :/</p>

<p>@okp1000 yeahā¦ I was a little taken aback by some of the negative comments about it, but I guess some people have different perspectives and I have heard more positive comments from friends than negative comments. Nothing is perfect anyway 
But Iām pretty sure not all UWCs are like that, due to the different surrounding cultures</p>
