<p>Hi everyone,</p>
<p>I'm an international student planning to study in the USA starting Fall 2010-11. I got accepted in UW-Madison, UM-Ann Arbor and Penn State-University Park (main campus).
I'm having a really hard time choosing which university to go to. I want a university that is good both academically and socially. </p>
<p>I'm planing to study Genetics.
I'm on a scholarship so the tuition coast doesn't really make any difference.
I heard that all three universities are in cold ares so the wether doesn't matter as well ( although I would appreciate a warmer place). </p>
<p>I'm currently taking an English Language Program at the University of Pennsylvania and I found that I really love the urbane campus here. I love the social life and meeting people but I'm Muslim which makes a bit hard to party and all considering the fact that I don't drink. from what I heard, Penn State is a "party school" so I'm a bit concerned about that. </p>
