<p>I applied V.I.P. a day before the deadline on December 1st.
I received the letter that told me my Pin and Password but on the website it says my application type was "Regular Notification". I emailed them about 5 days ago but they haven't responded yet.
Is this a problem, or a common error with people who applied with the V.I.P. app ?</p>
<p>I applied VIP and didn’t have this problem, the status check said “VIP”. However, if you submitted the VIP, the error is on their end, not yours. I’m sure the admissions office will resolve the issue. I wouldn’t worry about it. Good luck.</p>
<p>My daughter applied VIP and had the same problem. When she emailed them she heard back in about 2 days and they changed the status to VIP without further issue. They may be very busy now, but if you don’t hear from them in a day or two I would try to call.</p>
<p>Apparently my guidance counselor called about first quarter grades and also mentioned that my app was VIP rather than regular decision, and they changed it. Thanks though!</p>
