My school requires a sport every year from grade 7-12. We don't have P.E. after 6th grade. (But P.E. at our school is ...crazy. Every day 4k-4th, four times a week 5th-6th... And it's only 'games' on Friday if they feel like you deserve it. Otherwise it's just running and excersize.)

So I play Fieldhockey and cheerleading. I want to do lacrosse, but so far we don't have a girl's lacrosse team. =(

The cool thing about field hockey, is that there are only two high school teams in SC... so we have to travel an hour and a half for basically all of our games.

Varsity lacrosse for 3 years (Starter junior and senior year) and varsity basketball 1 year (2nd line). Rare combination of sports for an asian guy lol.

What’s up with everyone talking about how they’re Asian (or not Asian)? Is there like some huge stereotype about Asians that’s extremely defined? (Like the sports they play, the way they act, the schools they attend, the classes they go to, etc)?

There seems to be a huge Asian stereotype on this board. o.O

I had to do goalie this year… and I hated it. Well, I didn’t ‘have’ to. We needed a goalie… and everyone begged me to try it. So I said that I would TRY it. I emphasized try… and I ended up doing it the entire season.

But I’m not doing FH next year if I have to do goalie. It’s miserable.

I was asked to play goalie a couple years ago, and I declined bc it would’ve scared me A LOT, and I would feel really bad bc I suck, and bc I knew I would have to do it forever, and I didn’t want to.

i do weightlifting. :]
some of those girls on the other school’s teams look pretty scary, no offense though to any floridian lady lifters. that’s the downside, it’d be nice to go to a meet and not get freaked out.
i used to do track, starting up again and i might just do XC too. :D

I play Varsity volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse. I’ve been a starter on my lacrosse team since 9th grade. I’ve also been on the basketball team since 9th grade but have only started like 2 games. As a junior, this will be my first year on the varsity volleyball team. I played JV volleyball freshman and sophomore years.
