Vagelos Scholars Question

I applied early to Penn as a prospective chemistry major. I noticed the Vagelos Scholars program after I applied, and had several questions about it. It says they primarily use SAT II scores in math and chemistry to select students for the program, I have 1500 SAT and 800 on both Math IIc and Chemistry, would I have a good chance at being selected for the program, or does it go beyond those scores? Also, in the rare case that I am admitted and selected for the program, if for some reason I wanted to to major in biochemistry instead of chemistry, would I be allowed to make the switch and remain in the program? (I would be interested in the BA/MA option rather than earning 2 BA’s) Thanks alot for your help.
