<p>Does State offer one? It keeps showing up for me on fastweb but it is not on MSU's website.</p>
<p>From what I have read the very top valedictorian from each high school can get a scholarship if they attend MSU. So if a school has more than one valedictorian only the very top val gets it. I don’t know how much it is.</p>
<p>that would be unhelpful… im second but our school declares everyone with a 4.0+ to be valedictorian for scholarship reasons. hopefully state would see past that…</p>
