<p>I have created this thread, to question others, if your main goal is to become the Valedictorian? I know mine is for sure. I have a friend who was Valedictorian for a couple weeks, i was skeptical until i saw his School Profile...Couldn't believe it. Why? Well... He listens to PimP Daddy Dog (Gangster Wannabe Music) for atleast an hour everyday, loves to curse, plays Xbox 360 atleast 2 hours daily, calls his little brother an *******, Buys clothes that makes him appear to be Malibu's Most Wanted White boy.. And his gamertag is Fergalious1934, something like that..... JEEZ....</p>
<p>^ my classmate is exactly the same way has the only 4.0 in the entire school(were all stupid) and is Valedictorian he could care less about things other then paintballs and super skinny girls…no scratch that he will hang around them for a few days and then never talk to them again i actually know a girl that dated him for less then 48 hours when he stopped talking to her completely..he just does super well on tests and does his hw last minute…</p>

<p>the only reason y i deal w/ him is b/c he can be nice to u if u get on his good side(the last few months i have) and i need one of his friends to take our side when i ask one of his friends out(we both like eachother the val’s friend but his friends except the val and maybe the sal hate me)</p>
<p>oh and for a while i was sure i would b val despite my bad grades in 9th grade..b/c there was kids who just sucked all the way thru hs..most of my classmates r that way i think im at 3/16 tho</p>

<p>I am 323 out of 1410…Horrible.. i will raise it up.</p>
<p>I don’t know my rank right now, but I’m pretty sure I’m not in the top ten. I’d like to be val, but I have some serious competition. </p>
<p>Our val this year and the val at our sister school are both going to Harvard next month, though. ;)</p>

<p>Heh. I was slotted for the spot until the last marking period when I was hospitalized for a week:/ So my grades were mediocre that quarter and I may have lost the position…I’ll find out in two months haha. Fun times.</p>

<p>Yeah, but that’s life I guess. I should hopefully still be top three and the reasons are explainable, so my chances should still be ok for college admissions (which, of course, is the “big picture”… although being #1 in the class would’ve been cool heh…).</p>

Just because you listen to classical not rap and you play pong not xbox doesn’t make you any better or smarter than he is. Give me his number, I will call him and tell him all about this. He will probably whoop your ass for even saying this. I am ashamed to be in this thread…

<p>310 out 1400 that probably is the same thing as 3/16 b/c that overall number of mine is so small and ur overall number is well so big..</p>
<p>what im talking about my val is that he treats the girls at my school like ****…and thinks there only good for one thing…but he’s actually nice…i’m probably one of the only girls he talks to and doesnt think man that girl is hot(b/c I’m not according to everyone at my school idiots but I’ve lost 15 pounds this summer and my pants are pretty much useless i need to get new ones b/c there so loose i walk around just pulling them up…)</p>
<p>i have a pretty good relationship w/ the guy who was on my left in math class the last quater since we were in the back i always talked to him and i loaned him my calculator(ive decided not to go anywhere w/ this thing just stay friendly if u remember I’t took me months to try to get the courage to speek to him and eventually get in touch w/ him)</p>
<p>What im also talking about my val..is very stuck up lives in the wealthiest area of PORT!(i live in a diff. town..tg) and Seriously needs to go back to public school just to get anger managment(most HS’s on Long Island have A Anger Management course for free there hes on meds but it clearly doesnt always worK)</p>

<p>i mean, you can’t help but feel sorry for the guy who is ranked 1200/1200. how depressing. NOT. that’s his fault for not doing his work.</p>
<p>I want to be val, but I have 2 girls to beat. And one is first gen Asian. So far the 3 of us are tied with many 3.95’s behind us. And the class has 56. Talk about grade inflation. 50% have a 3.3 or higher.</p>
