<p>I don’t have any stories because I’ve never had the opportunity to celebrate Valentine’s Day before.</p>
<p>Here’s a sad story …the upcoming Valentine’s Day episode of Glee will probably make being single on Valentine’s Day totally okay.</p>
<p>First time I’ll have had a boyfriend on Valentine’s day, and I’ll be away. Kinda sad, but not really. I think it’s a pretty dumb holiday.</p>
<p>I liked getting candy in elementary school. And making cards.</p>
<p>Valentine’s Day just makes me sad… I’ve never had anyone to celebrate it with :/</p>
<p>You don’t have to be with anyone to have Valentine stories. Like has anyone ever had an embarassing moment where they got rejected? Given anonymous flowers to anyone and did they ever find out? Anyone receive a mystery gift?</p>
<p>Personally, I found a rose placed on my desk for first block my junior year and I was pleasantly surprised and felt admired. But then I found out it was from the person I found annoying, I didn’t like, and he used to be gay … So, yeah. That was a very awkward day and I’m not looking forward to this year’s holiday. I didn’t want to carry the rose around through the school since it would always be a reminder of him so I asked my friend if she could carry it for me. She didn’t mind. Third block came and my other friend suggested I should throw the rose away. He’s in my third block class and I really didn’t want to do that because 1. I would feel horribly guilty and 2. That’s mean! My friend ended up throwing the rose in the garbage, even if I pleaded her not to, and I felt terrible! He probably noticed …</p>
<p>So, that was a bad day …</p>

<p>I’ve gotten a dozen roses delivered by a guy I used to date for 4 years now, even though we were only together for the first Valentines day, ■■■■■. We haven’t even dated the past two years, he’s just kept the tradition up. :)</p>

<p>I like it because of all the chocolate being sold, and my birthday is the day after. I hate it because everyone posts “baaaaw i’m all alone on valentine’s day baaaaaaw,” on facebook.</p>

<p>There’s a Valentine’s shindig that I RSVP’d to without checking who would be there. An ex of mine, namely my first love, will be there. ■■■.
After finding this out, I had to ditch the girlfriends I was gonna go with. I now have a little over a week to seduce and/or bribe a male model into being my hot date.</p>
<p>I don’t personally have any stories of my own, but I have a story someone else told me happened to him.</p>
<p>Apparently he was trying to ask a girl to be his Valentine, but she secretly had a boyfriend. So said boyfriend approached my friend and punched him in the gut and walked away. Which is really sad, since he looks really frail and nerdy.</p>
<p>I dunno, I personally think this dude likes me, and considering he managed to ask some girl out before on “valentines day lulz” he might say something to me. If he doesn’t though, I’m probably just gonna end up grabbing him and dragging him into a dark corner and do my will… okay, no I won’t. xD</p>
