Validity on SAT Score

<p>I have never heard the validity of SAT scores.
TOEFL does, I think.
Can we use let's say 5 year old score?</p>

<p>My son got 800 on SAT II Language at Grade 8
by stopped learning the language.
Can he still use that?
The school doesn't offer the class.</p>
