<p>If I sometimes appear doing news clips on a teen news TV station, is it a valuable addition to my application to send a video clip which compiles some of my better appearances? Or is this just more additional stuff which will not benefit me and which adcoms will grudgingly wade through?</p>

<p>I wouldn't advise sending in a video clip. But, it may be to your benefit to write about it in an essay, and it's certainly not a bad extracurricular activity.</p>
