I got my decision in the mail today...I was upset at first, but now I've started to calm down. Whatever is meant to happen will happen.</p>

GPA ~3.4ish at one of the most competitive highschools ever
ECs: Tons of stuff... lots of community service, jobs,internship, innercity school mentoring for 4 years, golf, ice hockey, bunch of other good padding
Recs: Dunno anymore... i thought very strong... all of my 'mid-safety' schools have been VERY impressed with me offering me very generous scholarships, but so far Emory Vanderbilt and Claremont Mckenna(which were my sorta stretch schools) have all denied me(waitlisted at emory)
Essays:great
Hooks: Very good interview, plus my best friends mom who was an interviewer as well emailed in an additional recommendation... didn't matter though i guess</p>

<p>w/e college acceptances have kicked my ass this year... i guess its really down to Colorado College, Trinity or Tulane for me now... really wanted vanderbilt though</p>

<p>Does Vandy send the merit aid stuff (assuming there is something coming) with the acceptances, or earlier/ later on?</p>
