I am on the fence on you submitting vs not, and need more information:
What is the breakdown of the ACT32? What specific AP classes have you taken, and what were your scores? What core AP classes does your HS offer that you have NOT taken? How sure are you that you are top10%? 4.0uw does not mean you are, depending on the school.
