Vanderbilt - Chance me?

I am a senior at a local high school in Brentwood, Tennessee (a suburb of Nashville) and I was wondering what my chances are of getting into Vandy early decision I....

-my grades are reasonably good most As and a few Bs (exception is one C in Statistics AP but my teacher in that class is known at various colleges, but I also got a 4 on the exam, if that amounts to anything)
-I took many AP classes- one freshman year, three sophomore year, four junior year, and five this year
I got 4 freshman year, 2s and 3s sophomore, and 3s and 4s junior...if I do not submit the bad scores will they hurt me? Like say they see I have taken an AP class but there isn't an AP exam score?
-GPA is a 3.8 unweighted (out of 4)
-extracurricular wise- I am the secretary of Youth in Government, treasurer of Science Olympiad, secretary of National Science Honors Society, member of National Honors Society and Social Studies National Honors Society
-volunteering- I have volunteered many places, from blind schools to thrift stores to blood drives (I have specified this in the common app activities section don't worry)
-awards/honors- triple honor roll, AP scholar with honor, national latin exam - bronze, national spanish exam - silver
-my common app essay is strong-ish I am getting friends and my english teacher to revise and edit with me
-recommendation letters should be strong...the teachers I have asked have known me inside and outside of school
-ACT composite score is a 33, perfect score on the science section, lowest is a 32 in math

what do you think?

thanks in advance!

:)

You have a great shot. You may want to try improving your ACT by about a point if you can, since Vanderbilt is really into standardized tests. Good luck and please chance me back!
