Vanderbilt- Chances?

I am currently a rising senior at a highly competitive high school in Princeton, New Jersey. I'm sure there are tons of these posts but I was wondering if I could get a couple honest opinions on my chances at Vanderbilt? I am applying Early Decision I either way but it would be great to know whether or not I should get my hopes up :)

My Profile
GPA 3.44 (UW) 3.67 (W)
ACT- Highest Cumulative- 32 English- 35 Math-32 Reading-36 Science-28 (taking them again this fall)
APs- 5 on AP US, 4 on AP English
Will graduate high school having taken 7 AP courses and 2 accelerated classes
740 on English lit SAT2
ECurrics- Operation smile leader, Teen PEP leader, Peer Group leader, Field hockey, GAIA leader, Hospital Volunteer (100+ hours), JSA

I know my GPA isn't very high but I was hoping to improve my ACTs and that applying Early Decision would help :/

Thanks so much!!

Not that your stats are bad, but my gut reaction is that you may fall a little short, because everyone applying will have similar stats, but perhaps if you apply ED, that will make the difference. Being from the north might help as well. Hopefully, they will appreciate the fact that you went to a rigorous high school, but I have my doubts that colleges, with so many applicants, have the time to take that into too much account.
