seems like people whose portal not working got email

In addition, details of any need-based financial aid awards will be available via your MyAppVU portal. If you have not yet created your MyAppVU account, it is imperative that you do so now.

Perhaps they are still sending them
If your portal is working, log in and check your status. Anyone have “withdrawn” next to status.
My prediction: Got email + portal doesn’t work = accepted
