My admissions officer told me the 11th! I would assume Monday the 11th or Tuesday the 12th for people outside of the South!

candelabra, are you serious!? Do you think that the 11th mailing day applies for everyone? If so, that’s awesome

That’s what I was told :)

Yeah I think they’ve finished reviewing all the applications by now and will mail them out for the people outside the south so that they will arrive on the 15th

This is going to be the longest week ever

Salvatoresuxx, all decisions are mailed at the same time. The only students who get decisions differently are international students. I don’t remember how they release those since it never applied to my house, but I do remember it being different. The OUA does a great job of updating the admissions blog almost the instant that the decisions leave the building which keeps applicants informed and also cuts down on the phone and e-mail traffic for their office. Good luck to you all!

So every envelop, whether a rejection or an acceptance, is going to look the same?

Yes…and even up to the best light, you can’t read through it.
It was quite scary to stare at it until S got home from school.

2VU0609 thank you for the info!

Anybody think they will send on monday?

Last year, it was posted on the admissions blog when the envelopes are mailed out. My S in NJ got the envelope 2 days (on Friday) after they were mailed from Nashville. A friend of his in NYC did not get till Saturday.
Good Luck to all.

They are being sent for all applicants on the 11th. My friend who is a freshman there just told me. I should get mine Wednesday or Thursday…yikes

what are you guys doing to pass the time?

I’m so nervous, I feel like my 1390/2050 SAT is going to kill me, everything else is good besides the damn SAT…

@jewell95, same feeling as you (31 ACT)

@Joe2222 seeing as I’ve been losing sleep over it, I’m just going to try and keep busy and tire myself out daily.

@jewell95, persiandad I’m in the same boat. My SAT was awful (1290/1870), so I’m hoping to ride on my ACT which wasn’t amazing either (30 Composite, 32 M, 33 CR, 30 S, 25 E/W)

Hi my admissions officer also told me they’re mailing the. Out tomorrow! I asked her today if sending first quarter grades would help because stupidly my school never sent them out and she said I was in a pile where I was either a definite yes or no and first quarter grades wouldn’t help or hurt that. Doesn’t sound good…I was wondering if anyone could chance me here?? Just to provide some piece of mind
