Vanderbilt? Johns Hopkins? Help?!

Hey guys
I just want to know if I'm considered worthy of these schools or not. I'm currently a junior in high school, so if you guys have any advice for me to increase my chances of getting into college, I would greatly appreciate it.

I started looking at colleges over the summer and the few that are deemed my 'dream schools' include Vanderbilt, Johns hopkins, stanford, duke, uc davis, or unc-chapel hill.

Here's a little bit about me:
1870 on SAT (very low, I know)
Taking ACT soon
Varsity basketball since freshman year
Referee basketball for about 2 years now
Coached basketball for about 2 years
Vice president of Red Cross club at school
I teach First Aid/CPR/AED for Red Cross
Played violin for 8 years
CSF club

Soph: AP World, AP Chem (passed both AP tests with a 4)
Junior: AP Calc AB, AP Bio, AP Eng, APUSH, AP Spanish 4
Senior: probably AP Lang, AP spanish 5, AP stat, AP gov

4.0 freshman yesr
4.16 soph year

UCD: Match/High match
Duke: High reach
Stanford: High reach
JHU: Reach
Vanderbilt: High reach
UNC: High match (in-state)/High reach (OOS)

Thanks!
Do you have any advice on how I can turn those high reaches in to reach/match

Or any schools that you recommend I look at? Boston University?

To make these high reaches reachable aim for 32+/2150+… pretty high target, I know.

BU: High match

Thanks so much!

Also can you chance me for these schools also?

UCLA
UC Berkeley
UCSD
Boston College
Columbia
Dartmouth
Univ of Chicago

UCLA, UC Berkeley, Columbia, Dartmouth, and UChicago would all be reaches. Boston College/UCSD high match.

I don’t know your GPA, but you can look up the middle 50 % of scores of students accepted to colleges, and judge from there.
