I want:
-to study English, foreign languages, humanities
-small or avg class size
-a fun school but not one dominated by Greeks
-a pretty campus
-friendly people
-a variety of majors among my peers

I am:
-from the NY area
-in love with country music

Well, considering that Vanderbilt is right in the heart of Nashville (and, if fact, neighors Music Row), it would seem to be the obvious choice.

WashU...not dominated by Greeks.

washington university in st louis would be the better choice. it has everything you want, and isn't dominated by greeks as is vanderbuilt.

Vandy. WashU is really overrated and Vandy has a great english program.

i find it funny how people keep saying vandy, when the person who posted this topic doesn't want a school that is dominated by greeks.

when i think vandy, i think football and frats and sororities.

Vandy isn't dominated by Greeks. Theres lots of other social events on campus.
