Vanderbilt, Pitt (Full Tuition), or ASU (NMS Finalist)?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to make my college decision and finding it hard. Right now I'm undecided as far as my major, but I'm very interested in the sciences and pre-med. I may wish to transfer to an engineering major in the future. Vandy is the highest-tier school I got into, and offers exactly what I want: a smaller, urban campus with challenging academics, accessible and plentiful resources and research opportunities, and a prestigious name. Thanks to financial aid, Vandy is viable, though it still is the most expensive option. Then I have Pitt that, while cheaper, is very close to home and much larger than Vandy. They have very strong medical programs from what I've heard as well, so that's a positive. And there's always ASU and the Barrett Honors College, where I could go for free due to my National Merit Finalist status. There I'm accepted into the engineering school. Any advice? Thanks :)
