thank you.

Essays? I think your grades are solid, your ECs fine, but there is no sparkle.

so i have a shot? i saw the application deadline was 3/1 so i thought i might apply and spend a while on the essays. what are the essay topics?

I honestly do not know because I am not applying to Vanderbilt. Perhaps you can check its website to find the information you need. Maybe it does not require an essay component at all!

haha i highly doubt that, but thanks for the confidence boost!

I think you have a chance if you write about how you showed leadership in your ec, write great essays, and have good letter of recommendations. Also, show that you have interest in the school (like you really want to go there and why it would be a good fit for you.)

deadline is 1/3.
Note: Vandy has no supplement essays. Just submit your common app and a short info supplement. Don’t forget to send your official test scores to Vandy if you choose to apply.

ahhh damn. collegeboard lied to me and said the deadline was 3/1, not 1/3  oh well, i can’t get my stuff in by the 3rd. oh well, i guess thats what i deserve for not being interested until this late lol
