Vanderbilt transfer 2022

But it’s only one semester

I’d say so. I saw a BC student get in with a 3.4.

Did you submit a midterm report?

Ya all A’s

Good shape? Eh, unfortunately I think you need a 3.8 or 3.9 to feel semi comfortable. But I do think at 3.7, admission will give your application real consideration.

A difference of .1 can not make to much of a difference lol

They factor in school rigor. If they know the school has grade deflation they will consider that especially if it’s a well-known school. It should help that you’re from a top 40 school.

You are probably right, but at a school as a good as Vandy, they have to draw the line somewhere, and most top 20’s seem to draw it somewhere between 3.6-3.8

I would say last year a GPA above 3.8 would be “much safer” but I won’t say Vanderbilt take gpa as everything

Also got good high school stats. My School has an acceptance rate under 10 so had to have good stats as freshman applicant

Submitting that midterm report with all A’s should help a lot too, with good hs stats, probably comes down to EC’s and rec’s, good luck to ya

U from bc? U must got good stats

Dunno if you guys feel that last year everybody got high GPA and it’s just super competitive

Also submitted 29 act. I had no idea lol. U think was good play?

I’m not sure. Typically you wanna submit if you’re between the 25th to 75th percentile.

Yeah I am at BC right now, idk how I got in last year. I did really well first semester so… we’ll see

Stats?

But maybe they don’t report these stats to US news & world so they’re willing to take ppl w lower stats.

But transfers gotta be much lower

Wait what do you mean
