Absolutely not. While most acceptances come out in the first wave, they don’t all come out on that day. When they say rolling decisions, they really mean it.
I got in as a transfer last year on April 15th. I guess they send out patches of decisions every Friday and email notifications every Monday but I am not sure when the first patch would be sent out this year. Good luck everyone!
I have just called Vandy’s admission officer on call and she said that they plan to release the decision on the third week of April. According to her, they’ve just started with the process.
Rolling decisions are pretty random though I do believe. There did not seem to be a rhyme or reason to the order in which they were sent out.
This Friday though?!?

I just think its really odd/sketchy that the ad con was so specific. last year they would not give anyone any answer other than “mid to late april”. like ever. and the first wave still came out pretty early
The third week of April could be a “latest” date for the first round. If they have them ready sooner, they’ll submit them sooner.
Conjecture is always fun at this point of the game :)) One thing is for certain, every Friday from here on out is fair game.

yea I agree that’s it prolly late estimate. does anybody know what time decisions have been posted on Fridays? I work during day in a job without computer access on Fridays and that will be too much stress to handle lol

@HopefullyIGetIn Lol thanks! The second time around is actually so much easier because I knew exactly what I needed to do, got everything in by Jan because I was prepared af. Also because I got my admission decision quite late last year I’m not obsessing over wondering when mine will come in quite as much… I won’t stress about that until May…
